We are delighted to receive referrals for ENT outpatient appointments from any relevant practitioner or specialist.

Patients cannot directly refer themselves although please feel free to download our Patient Referral Form and ask your GP/physio to approve the request for an outpatient consultation. Once completed please email/fax us the form and we will be pleased to arrange your appointment.

With patient approval we are also happy to receive email referrals from practitioners.
